A look back at a career spanning more than 40 years
The retrospective spans nearly 40 years of the career of one of the greatest masters of contemporary comic art. 230 historical pieces from the artist's best albums will be on display, including Thorgal, The Great Power of Chninkel, Complaint of the Lost Lands, The Revenge of Count Skarbek, Western, and Hans.
Among these, 130 original pages from the most famous Thorgal albums, Beyond the Shadows, The Archers, The Land of Qâ... and a rare cover, that of The Invisible Fortress, are exceptionally available for purchase.
The exhibition also presents thirty original pages from his cult heroic fantasy graphic novel: The Great Power of Chninkel, as well as the covers of the reissues.
