A story of drawing and rabbits !
The exhibition traces 40 years of creation and features the most beautiful artworks by this outstanding comic artist and watercolorist. Loïc Jouannigot has imagined a world full of fantasy to bring to life the adventures of this charming family of rabbits. From rural landscapes to cozy interiors, Jouannigot unfolds a world teeming with detail. Because in the Passiflores' world, everything is rabbit. The house, the furniture, and all the objects of the Passiflores' daily life are modeled to suit the tastes of our beloved inhabitants.
His immense talent as a watercolorist, his mastery of composition and perspective, and the light he manages to bring to his artworks are admired by many artists, including Régis Loisel, Jean-Pierre Gibrat, Emmanuel Lepage, Patrick Prugne, Bertrand Gatignol, Alexis Dormal, Anne Montel, Frédéric Pillot, Armel Gaulme, and many others. With its beautiful colors and play of light, this exhibition allows visitors to admire his graphic virtuosity through artworks of infinite poetry. A true love story for drawing and... rabbits, to be savored in every detail.
Three Passiflore statuettes created especially for the event by sculptor Thierry Chapeau will also be on display.
